Q. Does the customer receive an email when they place an order?
A. Yes they do, it should be un-missable with a big blue banner.

Q. Can I reply to the invoice email from the site?
A. Yes the reply goes to both Shirley and Steve so weather it be tech or product Q’s you’ll get an answer.

Q. I don’t see an order in my back office.
A. You don’t see it in your back office until the order is complete that means when it’s delivered.

Q. Do I get a Discount on my own private purchase?
A. You get a 10% commission in your back office just like it was a sale for you, this may be additional to any other bonus’ that may be available.

Q. I’m sure I have more sales than what is shown?
A. If you have sales that aren’t listed and it has been more than the 8 BUSINESS days delivery, collect the names of your customers and send them to Steve or Shirl.

Q. How can I get one of those subdomain things like shirls.aroundthehome.com.au ?
A. In your back office find the request form under REQUESTS.

Q. How can I get my Sales Total for this month?
A. In your back office find the request form under REQUESTS.

Q. How do I get my commissions?
A. You will be paid your commission via PayPal or bank deposit as long as you have over $20.00 worth of approved commissions in your account,
in your back office, go to UNPAID to check your total unpaid amount, if you have over $20.00 fill out the Request Form.

Q. How do I change my payment details?
A. The change payment email/details option is under SETTINGS in your Back Office.

Q. How do I change my custom slug?
A. The custom slug option is under SETTINGS in your Back Office, existing will be in the top one change it using the bottom one then SAVE Profile Settings.
